We have spent some time discussing several ways to care for the eye area, especially concentrating on the dark circles under the eye. For some of us that is a real concern and I think you will agree that the 3 areas we discussed will provide you with some ammunition to tackle those pesky dark circles. To recap we can give our eyes their very own Spa! Secondly, we use specific products that target the eye area and will help to reduce and improve this delicate area. Lastly we can follow this simple list that doesn’t cut into our pocketbooks but rather requires discipline: Get a sufficient amount of sleep ~ Use sunscreen ~ Wear sunglasses that provide sufficient protection to your eyes and the surrounding areas ~ Maintain adequate hydration by drinking plenty of water ~ Limit your intake of caffeine and alcohol.
Know that caring for the skin around your eyes is the most important part of your daily skin care regimen. This area is delicate and fragile and is one of two that shows signs of aging early on. Take the time to find the right product that works for you. I have had wonderful results with the products that I have shared. Although my goal is for you to allow me to be your Skin Fitness Coach, it is most important that you find a quality product that is light in texture and rich in nutrients.
